3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country, to make a purchase.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your order is accepted after:

  2. An order confirmation or access page has been provided.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is evidence of fraud, payment failure, pricing error, technical error or unlawful use.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be returned through the original payment method.

Our products are delivered digitally.

Delivery may take place through:

  • An immediate download page

  • A thank-you page

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam or junk folder.

If your payment was successful but you did not receive access, contact startaichallenge.support@gmail.com.

7. Immediate Access and Right of Withdrawal

Our digital products may be made available immediately after payment.

Where required by applicable consumer law, you will be asked before completing your order to:

  1. Request that delivery or access begins immediately, and

  2. Acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the download or digital access begins.

This does not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Refund Policy

Because the products are digital and may be downloaded or accessed immediately, we do not normally provide refunds where:

  • You have changed your mind after accessing or downloading the product

  • You did not complete the challenge or use the materials

  • You expected a particular business or financial result

  • A third-party AI platform changed its features, pricing or availability

  • You purchased the product without reviewing the description

This policy does not affect any mandatory legal rights.

Contact us if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order

  • You paid but did not receive access

  • The file is damaged or cannot be opened

  • The product delivered is materially different from the product advertised

  • Applicable law gives you a right to a refund or other remedy

We may first attempt to correct the technical or delivery problem.

9. Personal Use Licence

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may use the materials to support your own business activities.

You may not:

Do not upload confidential, sensitive or personal information to third-party AI tools unless you are authorised to do so and understand how the service processes that information.

In particular, we do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of customers or leads

  • Increased sales or revenue

  • Advertising profitability

  • Business growth

  • Employment or financial results

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, implementation, experience, budget and business decisions.

Examples used in our products are for explanation and do not promise that you will achieve the same result.

15. Product Updates

We may update, correct or improve our digital products.

Unless the sales page specifically promises lifetime updates, a purchase does not guarantee access to every future version, bonus or additional product.

We may replace outdated links, screenshots or examples where practical.

16. Website and Product Availability

We try to keep the website, checkout and product-delivery systems available.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Start AI Challenge is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of the website or educational products.

We are not responsible for decisions, communications, advertisements, content or business actions you create using the materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion would be prohibited by applicable law.

The website and products may link to third-party websites, tools or resources.

We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, website, technology or legal obligations change.

The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.

The Terms applying to an order are generally those available when the order was placed, subject to mandatory law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

Consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
